The problem

Anyone can boost a budget. Few can build a media machine.

Most people who say they know Google Ads and Meta Ads have clicked through the interface a few times and copied a template. They can launch a campaign. They can't work out why it is underperforming, build tracking that holds up, or scale spend without wasting it.

That gap separates a media buyer from a paid media strategist, and it is the gap this program is built to close.

Most paid media training walks you through a platform's interface. Here you take apart, build, audit and optimise real campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, with AI in every step. Weeks 1 to 8 come first: MSDS, the marketing core built into every aFactor program, covering the business thinking behind the spend.

Why this program

Two full platforms. One way of building.

01

A campaign built every week

On Saturday you build a live campaign type and on Sunday you optimise it: Search, Lead Gen, Display, YouTube, Demand Gen, Shopping and Performance Max on Google, then Traffic, WhatsApp, Lead Gen, Sales, Retargeting and Advantage+ on Meta.

02

AI in every build

Ad copy, creative variations, keyword strategy, audience analysis and bidding scenarios, made with Claude, ChatGPT and platform AI, and judged by you before anything goes live.

03

Meta and Google, through their APIs

You work in Meta Ads and Google Ads, then build automated workflows on the Meta Marketing API and the Google Ads API.

04

A capstone you build as a team

Your team plans, builds and presents a cross-platform campaign, and every decision in it is questioned before it is accepted.

Who it's for

For beginners and marketers who want to build ad campaigns that hold up.

  • Beginners and career switchers: week 9 starts with your first Google Ads search campaign, built step by step
  • Performance marketers and media buyers who want to go from running campaigns to building a media function
  • Agency owners who need their team producing consistent, professional campaign builds
  • Founders managing, or about to manage, their own ad budgets in the Indian market
  • Marketing managers moving into performance marketing leadership roles

He built I2CAN into an institute with campuses in Pune, Mumbai, Mathura and Hyderabad.

FAQs

Questions people ask.

Do I need an active ad account?

It helps but is not required. You can build and practise on a test account, or on a real client or employer account as you go.

I've run ads before but never systematically. Is this for me?

Yes. The program is built for exactly that gap: people who can operate a platform but haven't built a repeatable, professional system around it.

How much budget do I need to practise with?

Very little. Most builds can be done and reviewed at the campaign-structure and tracking level without significant live ad spend.

Is it built for India?

Yes. Strategy, case studies and budget planning are built around rupee spend and Indian audience targeting.

What happens if I fall behind?

Every live session is recorded, so you can catch up on any week without losing your place in the cohort.
