AI-led SEO program · 16 weeks · Live + recorded

Digital Discovery Excellence (SEO)

SEO isn't a checklist anymore. It's a system.

Learn to build search visibility with AI, APIs and automation, and the business thinking that turns rankings into revenue.

Cohort starts 15 November 2026 · Limited seats · Certificate on completion

1Capstone vertical SEO system
The problem

Most SEO training teaches you to follow Google's rules. This program teaches you to build systems that adapt to them.

Manual audits and static checklists do not scale to sites with thousands of pages, and they miss what breaks between audits.

This program teaches you to run SEO like any other growth channel: monitored, automated and measured every week.

A 16-week program for beginners, marketers, founders and consultants who want to run SEO like an operating system, not a to-do list. The first eight weeks are MSDS (Marketing Science and Decision Strategy) with Dr. Nandan Gijare, the marketing core built into every aFactor program, so you can defend your strategy to leadership. In weeks 9 to 16 you build working SEO systems using AI and live Google APIs.

Why this program

Built differently from other SEO training.

01

API-first, not tool-dependent

You won't just read a dashboard. You will call Google Search Console, GA4, PageSpeed Insights, CrUX and the Indexing API directly, and build systems on top of them.

02

AI in every week

From reverse-engineering SERPs to generating schema markup to writing outreach at scale, AI is part of the core work in every week, not a bonus module.

03

Real Python, real automation

Advertools, Scrapy, Pandas, NetworkX, Playwright and scheduled automation. The same stack enterprise SEO teams use to operate at scale.

04

Business fluency, not just technical skill

MSDS is built in, weeks 1 to 8: positioning, unit economics, how buyers decide, measurement and diagnosis, so you can present strategy, not just execute it.

05

You leave with a working system

The final capstone is not a quiz. It is a vertical SEO system for News, eCommerce or Local that you build with your team, present and can put to work straight away.

Who it's for

For beginners and working marketers who want to run SEO with AI.

  • Beginners and career switchers: week 9 starts from how search works
  • In-house marketers who own organic growth targets
  • Agency owners and team leads managing SEO for several clients
  • Founders who want to understand and direct their SEO function without depending on a vendor
  • Consultants who want to stand out with AI-driven, API-powered service delivery
  • Marketing managers preparing to step into a Head of Growth or CMO track

Weeks 1 to 8 · Built into every aFactor program

MSDS: Marketing Science and Decision Strategy.

SEO skill without business judgement gets you a tactician's seat, not a strategist's. MSDS is not a separate course. It is the marketing core of every aFactor program, and it fills the first eight weeks: sixteen live sessions on Saturday and Sunday, each with recorded lessons before it. You carry one real business through all eight weeks, and the MSDS capstone in week 8 opens the SEO modules. Dr. Nandan Gijare (PhD) teaches it. He built I2CAN into an institute with campuses in Pune, Mumbai, Mathura and Hyderabad.

W9

The AI-First SEO Landscape and Google APIs

Saturday: Reverse engineering the modern SERP with AI
Sunday: Search Console, GA4, PageSpeed, CrUX and Indexing APIs

Take a competitive keyword and use AI to analyse every SERP feature: organic, featured snippet, image pack, video, PAA. Reverse engineer what ranks and why, decoding what Google is actually rewarding. Combine GSC keywords with GA4 engagement data to find content gaps. Batch Core Web Vitals auditing across a sitemap; real-user data against lab data.

W10

Python SEO Toolkit and Innovative Libraries

Saturday: Essential Python libraries for SEO
Sunday: Innovative libraries and automation frameworks

advertools, Scrapy and Pandas: crawling, sitemap parsing, SERP collection, log parsing. Crawl a live site, parse it, then put the output in front of AI. NetworkX for building and visualising internal link graphs. Playwright for JS-rendered pages; APScheduler and Cloud Functions for always-on jobs.

W11

SERP Intelligence and Content Strategy

Saturday: SERP monitoring and opportunity discovery
Sunday: Content quality and Google's query fan-out

Monitor which rich results appear for your keywords, and track competitors by result type, not just position. Mine Search Console for impressions without clicks and abnormally low CTR. Audit twenty pages against a quality framework you build yourself, E-E-A-T signals included. How a query is broken into sub-queries, and headings and sections built for fan-out.

W12

Schema, Entities and Intelligent Internal Linking

Saturday: AI-powered schema and entity optimisation
Sunday: Building an intelligent internal link system

Generate JSON-LD for any page type, then catch the mistakes the model makes. An automated schema validation pipeline in Python. Crawl a site of any size and map the complete link graph. NetworkX and AI to find orphan pages, equity bottlenecks and missing connections.

W13

Always-On Monitoring and Link Building Systems

Saturday: Your SEO command centre
Sunday: Backlink prospecting and outreach systems

Uptime, domain renewal, hosting, SSL and Core Web Vitals tracking with automated alerts. Automated competitor monitoring: rankings, new pages, template and schema changes. Automate prospecting with AI and APIs, and score link quality on authority, relevance and traffic. Competitor backlink analysis and broken link building at scale.

W14

News SEO: AI Workflows at Speed

Saturday: Bulk content creation, checking and optimisation
Sunday: News competitor monitoring and CWV at scale

Build a system that audits fifty news articles in under five minutes. Headline optimisation using AI and historical CTR data. Scrape competitor news sites for content ideas and missed stories. Keeping Core Web Vitals in check during traffic spikes.

W15

eCommerce SEO: AI Workflows at Scale

Saturday: Product page indexing and category intelligence
Sunday: Competitor scraping and product intelligence

Monitor indexing status for a thousand product URLs and more, via API. Automated product schema generation and validation at scale. Track competitor prices, categories, new products and content changes. Inventory change detection and out-of-stock handling that does not cost you rankings.

W16

Local SEO: Automation at Bulk Scale

Saturday: Bulk business onboarding and GBP management
Sunday: Local rank tracking and content automation

Bulk onboarding: data cleaning, category selection, description generation. Audit NAP consistency across ten directories and more, for multiple businesses at once. Geo-grid position tracking across multiple locations. Location and service-area pages generated with quality control in the loop.

Cap

Capstone and Commencement (capstone week, after week 16)

Saturday: Group presentations: vertical SEO systems
Sunday: The future of search and your career

Teams present their News, eCommerce or Local systems with live demos. Architecture, AI workflows, automation pipelines and results, questioned by peers. The optimistic case and the pessimistic case, argued properly. SEO survived Panda, Penguin and mobile-first; what that history is worth.

FAQs

Questions people ask.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Week 10 introduces Python in a guided, practical way. You will be writing working scripts by the end of the session, not studying programming theory.

Is this suitable if I already know SEO basics?

Yes. If you are new to SEO, week 9 starts from how search works, so you can join as a beginner. If you already know the basics, the AI, API and automation work takes you well past them.

What if I miss a live session?

Every live session is recorded and shared with the cohort, so you can catch up without losing pace.

Is it built for the Indian market?

Yes. Case studies and examples are built around Indian businesses and Indian search behaviour.

What do I need to get started?

A laptop and an active website: yours, your employer's or a practice site. Access to Google Search Console and GA4 is recommended but not required.
