We keep our use of cookies deliberately minimal. The site currently uses only essential cookies:

• ✓ Session cookie (essential). Set when you sign in to the Role-Fit Diagnostic. It keeps you signed in as you move through the assessment and expires when your session ends. The platform cannot function without it.

Essential cookies do not require consent because the service you have asked for cannot be delivered without them.

We may enable Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate site usage — which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, and where traffic comes from. When GA4 is enabled:

• ✓ Data is used only in aggregate to improve the site and our programmes.
• ✓ We do not use analytics data to build individual advertising profiles.
