AI content, made properly
GPT Image, Midjourney, FLUX, Firefly, Veo, Kling and Runway, compared on the same brief, so you know which tool fits which job, what it costs and what the licence allows.
Plan, make and grow social media for a real brand, with AI in every step.
A 16-week program on social strategy, audience building and AI-made images and video across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and Snapchat, with MSDS built into weeks 1 to 8 so the work ties back to business results.
Cohort starts 15 November 2026 · Limited seats · Certificate on completion
Captions, images and short videos are now made by AI in minutes. What a brand still needs a person for is the strategy: which platforms to be on, what the audience will respond to, when the machine is wrong, and what the numbers actually say.
This program teaches both halves. You learn to make content with the best AI writing, image and video tools, and you learn the judgment that decides whether that content should go out at all.
When a brand's Instagram reach halves in two months, six different things could be causing it, and each needs a different fix. By week 16 you can tell which one it is.
GPT Image, Midjourney, FLUX, Firefly, Veo, Kling and Runway, compared on the same brief, so you know which tool fits which job, what it costs and what the licence allows.
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and Snapchat. What each feed rewards, which format does which job, and how to decide which platforms a brand should drop.
Every assignment starts with a business that has an audience problem and a goal. You decide first, then make the content, then defend the decision.
Weeks 1 to 8 are MSDS, the marketing core: strategy, consumer psychology, research and measurement. Weeks 9 to 16 are Social Media Organic, so your content serves growth goals, not vanity metrics.
In a team, you build and present the strategy, a 90-day calendar, the AI-made assets and the results for a real brand.
Short recorded lessons on weekdays, live sessions midweek and at the weekend, and something you build every week.
Content without business judgement does not pay salaries. MSDS is not a separate course. It is the marketing core of every aFactor program, and it fills the first eight weeks: sixteen live sessions on Saturday and Sunday, each with recorded lessons before it. You carry one real business through all eight weeks, and the MSDS capstone in week 8 opens the social media modules. Dr. Nandan Gijare (PhD) teaches it. He built I2CAN into an institute with campuses in Pune, Mumbai, Mathura and Hyderabad.
Eight weeks of Social Media Organic, built on MSDS in weeks 1 to 8: a live session every Saturday and a hands-on workshop every Sunday. The capstone runs in its own week after week 16 and is not counted in the 16.
Saturday: Reverse engineering the feed with AI
Sunday: Instagram and Facebook: formats and a live audit
Take five accounts in one niche and use AI to break down what each feed rewards. Watch time, shares, saves and sends: what each platform counts, and what the follower count hides. Reels for reach, carousels for saves, Stories for followers; Instagram as the shop window, WhatsApp as the till. Audit a live Instagram account: bio, highlights, grid and the last 30 posts against reach and saves.
Saturday: LinkedIn, X and the B2B feed
Sunday: Short video platforms and platform selection
Why personal profiles reach further than company pages; founder-led content and employee advocacy. For You against Following, threads and Communities; where X earns its keep in India. TikTok search, sounds and trends, and Snapchat Stories and Spotlight, taught for international students and brands. Audience fit, format fit, team capacity and the business goal.
Saturday: Writing a social strategy
Sunday: Building an audience from evidence
Business goal, social objective, and the number that proves it. Situation audit: the brand's own channels, three competitors, share of voice. Personas from comments, reviews, DMs and search data, grouped with AI. Growing from zero: a clear niche, consistency, collaborations, creators.
Saturday: Pillars, formats, cadence and repurposing
Sunday: Hooks, virality and testing
Content pillars drawn from audience needs and the business goal. A format mix per platform and a cadence the team can keep for 90 days; one idea turned into posts for every platform. Why people share: five Indian posts that spread widely in the last 90 days, taken apart. Ten weak hooks rewritten and scored; post variants compared on shares per reach and three-second hold.
Saturday: Brand voice as a prompt
Sunday: AI image generation: the tools compared
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Meta AI compared for social work. A brand voice document that works as a prompt, tested on ten captions. One brief through GPT Image, Gemini, Midjourney, FLUX, Ideogram and Firefly. Realism, text in the image, consistency, price and commercial licence.
Saturday: Consistent brand imagery
Sunday: Rights, labels and quality control
Style references, a fixed palette, the same product across a series. Product images from real photos: change the background, never the product. Commercial licence by tool, consent for any real face, no copying other brands. Labelling AI content the way Indian law and each platform require.
Saturday: AI video tools compared
Sunday: Producing short video with AI
One eight-second shot made in Veo, Kling, Runway and Seedance. Clip length, sound, motion, consistency, and cost per usable second. Script, hook, beats and call to action. Real phone footage mixed with AI-generated B-roll.
Saturday: Looking after the audience
Sunday: Measurement and the monthly report
Comments, DMs, response time and moderation, with AI drafts a human approves. Broadcast channels, Groups, newsletters and user-generated content. Metrics by objective: saves, shares, profile visits and leads over likes. UTM links and GA4 to see what social actually sends to the website.
Saturday: Group presentations: brand social systems
Sunday: The future of social and your career
Teams present the strategy, calendar, assets and results for their brand. Tool choices, AI workflows and labelling, questioned by peers. The optimistic case and the pessimistic case, argued properly. Feeds, formats and platforms change every few years; what that history is worth.
TikTok and CapCut are blocked in India. They are taught for international students and for learners who work with international brands. AI tools change every few months, so the list is checked before each cohort.
Faculty is led by Shanu Khan, aFactor's Lead Faculty. MSDS, in weeks 1 to 8, is taught by Dr. Nandan Gijare (PhD).
Awarded when you complete the capstone, recognising your ability to plan, produce and grow social media for a brand with AI.
