A saved list of contacts to whom you can send the same message at once. Each person receives it as a normal one-to-one chat. Only contacts who have saved your number in their phone receive it.
Example
Meera has a broadcast list of 200 regular customers. She sends the Diwali collection to all of them, and replies come back to her as separate chats.

“Send it on the broadcast list, not the group, so nobody sees each other's numbers.”
Don't confuse it with
- WhatsApp group: members see each other and all replies.
- WhatsApp Channel: one-way, followers cannot reply.
