API-first, not tool-dependent
You won't just read a dashboard. You will call Google Search Console, GA4, PageSpeed Insights, CrUX and the Indexing API directly, and build systems on top of them.
SEO isn't a checklist anymore. It's a system.
Learn to build search visibility with AI, APIs and automation, and the business thinking that turns rankings into revenue.
Cohort starts 15 November 2026 · Limited seats · Certificate on completion
Manual audits and static checklists do not scale to sites with thousands of pages, and they miss what breaks between audits.
This program teaches you to run SEO like any other growth channel: monitored, automated and measured every week.
A 16-week program for beginners, marketers, founders and consultants who want to run SEO like an operating system, not a to-do list. Every weekend you build working systems using AI and live Google APIs. Every Saturday, the MSDS track (Marketing Science and Decision Strategy) with Dr. Nandan Gijare covers the business side, so you can defend your strategy to leadership.
You won't just read a dashboard. You will call Google Search Console, GA4, PageSpeed Insights, CrUX and the Indexing API directly, and build systems on top of them.
From reverse-engineering SERPs to generating schema markup to writing outreach at scale, AI is part of the core work in every week, not a bonus module.
Advertools, Scrapy, Pandas, NetworkX, Playwright and scheduled automation. The same stack enterprise SEO teams use to operate at scale.
The MSDS track runs every Saturday: CAC and LTV, funnels, positioning and leadership communication, so you can present strategy, not just execute it.
The final capstone is not a quiz. It is a vertical SEO system for News, eCommerce or Local that you build with your team, present and can put to work straight away.
Short recorded lessons on weekdays, live sessions midweek and at the weekend, and something you build every week.
Sixteen weeks, twelve modules. Saturday and Sunday sessions for each module, with MSDS on Saturdays. The last week closes with your capstone.

SEO skill without business judgement gets you a tactician's seat, not a strategist's. MSDS (Marketing Science and Decision Strategy) runs every Saturday for all 16 weeks, in seven blocks, and builds the thinking that lets you hold your own with founders and clients. Dr. Nandan Gijare (PhD) teaches it. He built I2CAN into an institute with campuses in Pune, Mumbai, Mathura and Hyderabad.
Faculty is led by Shanu Khan, aFactor's Lead Faculty. The Saturday MSDS track is taught by Dr. Nandan Gijare (PhD).
Awarded when you complete the capstone, recognising your ability to build, run and present a modern, AI-powered SEO growth system.

Yes. If you are new to SEO, Module 1 starts from how search works, so you can join as a beginner. If you already know the basics, the AI, API and automation work takes you well past them.
Every live session is recorded and shared with the cohort, so you can catch up without losing pace.
Yes. Case studies and examples are built around Indian businesses and Indian search behaviour.
A laptop and an active website: yours, your employer's or a practice site. Access to Google Search Console and GA4 is recommended but not required.
Fifty seats per program. Everyone who applies takes the admission diagnostic, and seats are offered for fit. Beginners are welcome to apply.
