Reverse engineering first
You start by taking apart live campaigns with AI: what was built, why it works or fails, and what you would change. Diagnosis comes before building.
Stop learning ad platforms. Start building ad systems.
A 16-week hands-on program where you build, audit and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with AI, with the business judgement behind every rupee you spend.
Cohort starts 15 November 2026 · Limited seats · Certificate on completion
Most people who say they know Google Ads and Meta Ads have clicked through the interface a few times and copied a template. They can launch a campaign. They can't work out why it is underperforming, build tracking that holds up, or scale spend without wasting it.
That gap separates a media buyer from a paid media strategist, and it is the gap this program is built to close.
Most paid media training walks you through a platform's interface. Here you take apart, build, audit and optimise real campaigns every week on Meta Ads and Google Ads, with AI in every step. The MSDS track runs every Saturday alongside it, covering the business thinking behind the spend.
You start by taking apart live campaigns with AI: what was built, why it works or fails, and what you would change. Diagnosis comes before building.
Ad copy, creative variations, keyword strategy, audience analysis and bidding scenarios, made with Claude, ChatGPT and platform AI, and judged by you before anything goes live.
You work in Meta Ads and Google Ads, then build automated workflows on the Meta Marketing API and the Google Ads API.
Your team plans, builds and presents a cross-platform campaign, and every decision in it is questioned before it is accepted.
Short recorded lessons on weekdays, live sessions midweek and at the weekend, and something you build every week.
Sixteen weeks, twelve modules. Saturday and Sunday sessions for each module, with MSDS on Saturdays. The last week closes with your capstone.
The aFactor mindset and reverse engineering campaigns, then diagnosing real accounts with AI.
Keyword research and audience intelligence with AI, then competitive intelligence and strategy synthesis.
AI-powered ad copywriting and volume at scale, then visual creative and testing frameworks.
AI-powered landing page auditing, then CRO and signal quality for AI optimisation.
PPC economics and AI scenario modelling, then cross-platform budget allocation with AI.
Measurement in a privacy-first world, then building automated reporting workflows.
Meta campaign automation with AI, then Meta creative at scale.
Google Ads automation with AI, then Google creative and optimisation automation.
Multi-platform campaign orchestration, then emerging channels and the future of targeting.
Systematic account auditing with AI, then optimisation in practice and client communication.
Privacy, bias and algorithm aversion, then the future of the media buyer.
Group presentations of campaign results, then the future of paid media, argued both ways.
Spend without business judgement is just spend. MSDS (Marketing Science and Decision Strategy) runs every Saturday for all 16 weeks, in seven blocks, so you can explain where the money went and why. Dr. Nandan Gijare (PhD) teaches it. He built I2CAN into an institute with campuses in Pune, Mumbai, Mathura and Hyderabad.
Faculty is led by Shanu Khan, aFactor's Lead Faculty. The Saturday MSDS track is taught by Dr. Nandan Gijare (PhD).
Awarded when you complete the capstone, recognising your ability to build, track and scale campaigns across both Google Ads and Meta Ads.
It helps but is not required. You can build and practise on a test account, or on a real client or employer account as you go.
Yes. The program is built for exactly that gap: people who can operate a platform but haven't built a repeatable, professional system around it.
Very little. Most builds can be done and reviewed at the campaign-structure and tracking level without significant live ad spend.
Yes. Strategy, case studies and budget planning are built around rupee spend and Indian audience targeting.
Every live session is recorded, so you can catch up on any week without losing your place in the cohort.
Fifty seats per program. Everyone who applies takes the admission diagnostic, and seats are offered for fit. Beginners are welcome to apply.
Not another walkthrough. Twelve modules, two ad platforms, and the thinking to defend every rupee you spend. Leave your details and our admissions team will send the brochure and fees, and book a 20-minute call.
