By accessing aFactor's website, creating an account, taking an assessment, or enrolling in a program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
aFactor is an online-first career transformation institution. We provide structured learning programs, diagnostic assessments, and a professional community for digital marketing roles. The institution is operated by its founders and the team listed on our leadership page.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, take an assessment, or enrol in a program. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are inactive for an extended period.
Program access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share login credentials, redistribute program materials, or use program content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Assessment results reflect your individual performance under our published methodology. We may update assessment instruments to reflect industry changes; your score remains valid for the period stated in your result.
You retain ownership of project work you produce. By submitting work, you grant aFactor a non-exclusive licence to display the work for evaluation, peer feedback, and (with your consent) showcase purposes.
Completion credentials are issued only after you demonstrate the competencies the program is designed to develop. We do not offer purchase-only certifications.
Applying does not guarantee a seat. Every applicant takes the admission diagnostic and can book an admissions call. Each program has 20 seats, offered for fit, and an offered seat must be confirmed by the date given in your offer.
Masterclasses are free. Access, the joining link and the recording are through our learning platform, and sessions run on Zoom. We may change a session's date, time or speaker, and we will tell registrants by email.
When you submit a form on this website, or one of our ad forms on Facebook, Instagram or Google, you agree that our admissions team may contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp about that enquiry. We send marketing emails only if you opt in, and every one carries an unsubscribe link. Booking (Zoho Bookings), live sessions (Zoom) and those ad platforms also have their own terms, which apply when you use them.
Program fees are stated at the point of enrolment. You can get a full refund if you ask within 7 days of payment and before your cohort starts, whichever comes first, as long as you have not accessed more than 20% of the program content. The Refund Policy sets out the full rules. Payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store full payment card details on our servers.
The aFactor name, logo, website design, program content, assessment instruments, the Role Framework, the Competency Model, and all related materials are the intellectual property of aFactor and protected by applicable law. You may use these materials only as needed to participate in the programs you enrol in.
aFactor's community spaces - masterclasses, events, contests - operate on a "Give-to-Get" principle. By participating, you agree to:
You are responsible for content you submit to aFactor - assessments, forum posts, portfolio work, comments. By submitting content you confirm you have the right to do so and you grant aFactor a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and use that content in connection with the service.
aFactor provides the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to ensure our programs, assessments, and frameworks are rigorous and current, we do not guarantee specific career outcomes, salary increases, or employer placements. Your results depend on your effort, your prior background, and many factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, aFactor and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you have paid to aFactor in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, for non-payment, or where required by law. On termination, your access ends but obligations that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law) will continue.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
