The panel includes senior leaders from established agencies who maintain independent hiring interest in candidates who demonstrate strong capability. Recognition includes introductions to them — disclosed openly, never framed as a guaranteed outcome.
Priority for aFactor cohort programmes
Candidates who reach Round 3 receive priority consideration for aFactor cohort programmes, with accelerated pathways for finalists. Performance in Markathon is treated as evidence of capability.
An optional featured profile
Winners and selected candidates may opt in to a featured profile on aFactor channels after the event. It is optional, consent-based, and offered — never required.
